In the 21st century as barriers between nations and people continue to fade, global learning is essential. Our lives are becoming ever more global and that’s reflected also by the diversity of our communities.
Our role is to ensure that all community members are empowered to become informed, responsible, compassionate and emotionally responsive citizens and encouraged to take active part in strengthening social justice, equality and non-discrimination now and every day!
ACTIONS
Experiential learning is focusing on each participant being at the centre of their own learning process. based on their personal experiences. Experiential learning is guiding learners towards active participation and meaningful and lasting outcomes. Activities are based on non-formal and informal learning methods enabling participants to reflect on their personal experiences and ensuring more creative and open-minded learning environments. After each activity comes the reflection stage, where participants are invited to draw their own conclusions about the specific activity or the whole event, plan and test new strategies, and arrive at lasting learning outcomes.
WAVES team is experienced in the planning, coordination, and implementation of EU projects according to the specific requirements and conditions prioritising the main principles and values of the organisation.
